APMG Better Business Cases™ Practitioner

Course Overview

Change initiatives frequently fail at the first sign of a problem which is common when senior management is unconvinced by a business case's ROI. Creating an effective business case and spending proposal can help secure both senior management support and funding.

Our APMG Better Business Cases Practitioner training course is built around the ‘Five Case Model’ best practice approach to developing spending proposals, which helps you decide on effective business decisions.

Earning your APMG Better Business Cases training course will ensure you can:

  •  Understand and apply the philosophy of the Five Case Model to business cases and other spending proposals.
  •  Understand different business cases, their purpose, who handles them, and when they are needed.
  •  Understand the development lifecycle of a business case and the relationships between the five cases.
  •  Develop business cases and spending proposals that appropriately scope the initiative and secure funding and management support.

If you have not yet earned your Foundation certificate, you will first need to take our AMPG Better Business Cases Foundation training before you enrol.
