This 8-day course includes 5-days for Green Belt training, so if you have already completed a Green Belt Certification within the past 3-years, you have the option to attend just the last 3-days of training.
Our Black Belt training course includes comprehensive training materials, exams, certificate, and we will also register you onto the CEPAS public register of Lean Six Sigma certified professionals.

On completion of the course, you will be able to:
- Utilise a wide array of analytical and graphical tools associated with Six Sigma (at the Black Belt level).
- Correctly select, utilise and interpret the results from several core analytical tools.
- Demonstrate a robust knowledge of the correct usage of objective data in improvement projects.
- Begin to develop the competencies required by ISO 18404:2015 through knowledge and practice of a series of technical tools.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green & Black Belt Exams
Through these exams, you will have your knowledge of key competencies tested and verified, as set out by the ISO 18404:2015.
Yellow Belt Exam Details
Exam format - Multiple-choice, online, proctored exam.
Number of questions - 32 questions.
Open book - No.
Duration - 30-mins.
Pass mark - 24/30 (75%).
Green Belt Exam Details
Exam format - Multiple-choice, online, proctored exam
Number of questions - 40 questions
Open book - No.
Duration - 40-mins.
Pass mark - 30/40 (75%).
Black Belt Exam Details
Exam format - Multiple-choice, online, proctored exam
Number of questions - 60 questions
Open book - No.
Duration - 60-mins.
Pass mark - 45/60 (75%).

Provisional exam results are provided immediately, and official exam results are provided within 5 working days.
We recommend taking the CEPAS Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam within the first 6 weeks after your course completion date. Please note: the exam voucher fee is included in the classroom course fee.
Please note there is a Black Belt Annual Maintenance and Re-certification cost. For those in the UK, the Annual Maintenance cost is £42, and the Re-certification cost is £119, paid every 5 years. Fees vary by country.
